Reservations
When was the last time an airline asked you – “What time do you need to be there?” – Jumpjet members make jet reservations through the Jumpjet website on a first-come, first-served basis. The reservation process itself is simple; members provide their membership number and password, log into their Private Member Area and select the details of their trip including destination, departure dates, and number of guests traveling with them.
Trips are booked 14 to 365 days prior to the travel date. Members log in to their Private Member Area and state their preferred arrival time. Unlike commercial airlines, Jumpjet caters to your schedule.

An email is sent to the member after the reservation is booked with a confirmation number, itinerary, location of the airport and any other details to assist members on their trip.
A representative from our Member Services team will always be standing by before the flight to further coordinate any details and answer any last minute questions. When was the last time an airline called you to tell you if your flight has been delayed due to weather before you left your house? We do that as well.
