The words “Light” or “Super Light” may not sound like they are associated with robust pieces of machinery, but here at Jumpjet, we believe the jets in this class are extraordinary aircraft. They make short trips comfortable, safe and stress-free with just the right amount of excitement. Light and Super Light Jets typically seat four to seven passengers and are ideal for trips that are approximately two hours long.
Your comfort is built into the design of the aircraft. A typical trip in a Light Jet will include a small galley area with soft drinks and snacks provided by the operators. Some aircraft will include a smaller lavatory, which is designed more for emergencies than pre-arrival grooming.
Super Light Jets caused great excitement with models like the Eclipse and Honda Jet. Today, stalwarts like Citation, Honda, Embraer and Beechcraft lead the market in the Light and Super Light categories. Popular Light and Super Light jets include the Citation Mustang, The Honda Jet, The Phenom 100 and The Premiere just to name a few.
As with any private aircraft, baggage is always a concern. On a Light or Super Light aircraft you are limited to one carry on bag and one small additional bag. There are no overhead bins on private jets.
