Reservations and How They Work

Jumpjet members make private jet reservations through the Jumpjet website on a first-come, first-serve basis. The reservation process itself is simple; members provide their membership number and password, login to the Member Area and select the details of their trip including destination, departure dates, arrival times and number of guests traveling with them.

Trips are booked 14 to 365 days prior to the travel date. Members provide their preferred arrival time. Unlike commercial airlines, Jumpjet caters to your schedule. We start with the client first.

We are a Private Jet Membership Club. You will fly with other members of Jumpjet.

An email is sent to you after the reservation is booked with a confirmation number, itinerary, location of the airport and any other details to assist you on your trip.

A representative from our Member Services team will always be standing by before the flight to further coordinate any details and answer any last minute questions. When was the last time an airline called you to tell you if your flight has been delayed due to weather before you left your house? We do that as well.

Departure

Although there will be no lines to wait in, we require that Jumpjet members arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled departure time.

Every member is provided with detailed trip instructions, contained in their website confirmations, to ensure all passengers have everything they need to reach the Fixed Base Operation (FBO) on time. We include information such as directions to the airport, maps of the airport, location of the FBO, and any other special instructions associated with specific FBO sites for the greatest ease in reaching their flight.

An FBO representative is waiting at the front desk when members arrive at the FBO.

When you and your guests are ready, walk outside and board the plane. No more airport hassles or lines. Within minutes, you and your bags are taking off to your desired destination.

After assisting members and guests with their luggage, the flight crew will give a short introduction to the aircraft, and a safety briefing.

They’ll even show off the jet’s amenities before closing the door. At that point, members and their guests are left to experience amazing luxury air travel.

In-Flight

Jumpjet uses unrivaled, superior operators with the highest safety ratings in the world. Their aircraft feature upgrades for additional comfort and the most pleasurable travel experience. The seating and layout are designed for sleeping or lounging with plenty of room to stretch out. First-class flights may have leg room, but it doesn’t come close to the space you’ll experience on a Jumpjet.

On many private jets, flat screen televisions can be found in the front of the aircraft that display flight data and news. Some of the larger aircraft have additional entertainment units for your viewing convenience and lounge areas for in-flight gatherings. Movies and video games are often available to keep travelers of any age entertained during the trip.

Many Jumpjet aircraft are fully loaded with the conveniences that allow members to take their office or home with them on the plane.

More and more jets are equipped with Internet and wireless communication, so our members and their guests can stay connected as they fly. Passengers can stay just as productive (if not more) in the air as they are on ground.

Arrival

When members reach their destination, their luggage is brought to them moments after touchdown, and travelers are able to exit the FBO almost immediately. No waiting for bags or lost luggage when flying with Jumpjet. We guarantee your bags will be there with you.

Jumpjet members are required to arrive 15 minutes before their departure for return flights as well, where flight crew and FBO representatives will continue to provide consistent, unprecedented levels of service at each FBO.
