Simply reserve over the phone with one of our customer satisfaction representatives. Depending on your membership level, you can secure flights from 5 days to 14 days prior to travel. When you call Jumpjet, you just provide your Member Number and PIN, and your Jumpjet representative will assist you with all your trip's details - dates, destination and the number of guests that may be traveling with you. You may only request one flight per 24 hour period. If you're not sure which airport is available for your destination, just ask, and we'll locate your choices.
Jumpjet reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you have booked a flight, we then match your itinerary with the best aircraft provided by one of our FAA certificated operators. In the event an aircraft is already booked on the same day, and the destination is the same as yours, you may inquire as to space availability on that aircraft. This is one of the ways Jumpjet members get to enjoy the experience of private jet travel at such a discounted rate. Holidays and special events are a popular time for private jet use. In order to accommodate our members, we recommend 60 day advance reservations for special events and 90 days for major holidays. In doing so, we are better able to assist you in getting the most out of your Jumpjet membership. If you need ground transportation at your destination, just ask us and we can make reservations.
When you finish making your reservations, we will email you your trip confirmation number, which you need to print and bring with you when you travel. The email will also contain your trip itinerary, location of airports and any details pertinent to your travel.
You can make your reservation when you're on the go by calling 1-888-RES-JUMP (1.888.737.5867). You'll need your member number and PIN.
