Go to the airport
We recommend you arrive at your jet 15 minutes prior to your requested departure time. Your reservation confirmation has detailed instructions for finding the airport, and a map showing the jet's location at the airport. Your confirmation also will describe any special instructions for that location.

Get in your Jumpjet
Your pilots (we always fly with two) will be waiting at the front desk for you and your guests, and will assist you with your luggage and orientation with your jet's amenities. Once you are aboard, secure and comfortable, your Jumpjet pilots will bid you a wonderful trip and you will be on your way.

Relax
The jet is now essentially yours for the duration of your trip. Your safety, comfort and special requests are now our only priorities. Relax and enjoy luxury and stress- free travel that, up till now, was reserved for only the ultra-privileged.
