Becoming a member is easy:
First, select the membership plan you want. You will be asked for your name, address, contact and payment information. To meet Transport Security Agency rules, we will then ask for identification data that you would normally give to book air travel. We will ask for the top five cities you usually travel to (which helps us plan and keeps costs down), and whether you want to join the guest program. We will assign you a member number, and you will receive an email with your temporary password to the member area of the website.

You can now customize your plan. You will be shown the ‘standard’ plan for your membership type. You can say when you want to travel and how many guests you want to take on each trip. The plan calculator will adjust the monthly fee to cover the cost of the optional guest plan and the optional annual plan upgrade.

If you have joined the guest program, you can add your guests’ information now, or later (but never later than fifteen days before a trip). If your guest already has a member number, no need to do anything at this point. If they are new to Jumpjet, just add the guest name, email address and telephone number and your guest will receive a guest member number in an email with a temporary password. The guest can then go into the website to update their details before the trip, which is only required the first time they travel.
